Happy Thanksgiving from the Bates + Hanegans!

We have had a nice day around here. Dad and Kyle played golf this morning and then we began cooking the feast. Dad's fried turkey was amazing as usual and mom did a great job on everything else. I ate way too much! Here is the beautiful table that Martha Stewart set for us...

Kyle is a nerd and has been spending most of the day playing "World of Warcraft"...

Me and my handsome husband! I wore my new "puffy vest" even though I think it was over 80 degrees outside today. Oh Houston!

We just finished a game of Trivial Pursuit. Wade and I just bought the 25th Anniversary edition and I am now convinced I am stupid! Wade and Kyle beat mom and I badly, but Wade is also like a human encyclopedia.

We are spending the night here and then are headed to the Hanegan Lakehouse tomorrow.
